Submit your photographs for our new curated online exhibition. We want to see all kinds of photographic approaches - any techniques are welcome!

Cambridge Photography Gallery invites photographers from around the world to participate in a new curated online exhibition.

We continue to explore how rich the world of photography is and how many visual forms it can take. That's why we're leaving the theme open to your interpretation as artists. We welcome all forms of photography: single images, projects of any length, and all kinds of techniques and approaches.

At the same time, we know that every exhibition is also shaped by a curatorial vision. With VISIONS, we'd like to shift our own perspective a little and show that curatorial vision can take many different forms too.

About Cambridge Photography Gallery:

Cambridge Photography Gallery is a new place for contemporary photography. A place for photography that makes you feel and think.

We love photography. And we're pretty sure you do too. But in a world where billions of images are created every day, photography remains an underappreciated form of art. The voices of photographers who have something to say often remain unheard. We wanted to change that, even if just a little. We wanted to create a platform to help photography be seen. And we believe it's crucial to keep the dialogue around photography alive and to support it as an art medium.

We're an online and nomadic gallery. For now, at least. We organise curated online exhibitions, and once a year we also organise a physical exhibition in Cambridge. We don't have our own exhibition space in Cambridge [yet], but we'd like to grow. And who knows, perhaps one day you'll be able to find us on Google Maps.

Eligibility:

Open to all photographers worldwide

Artwork sales and commission:

The exhibition is non-commercial. Artworks will not be sold through our platform.

Yes. All formats and approaches are welcome.

Why is the exhibition only two weeks long, even though it’s online?
We believe that a limited time window helps the exhibition feel special. During these two weeks, we will actively promote the exhibition, post dedicated Instagram posts, and share stories together with the artists. After it ends, the exhibition will remain accessible on our website in the “Past Exhibitions” section.
Why is there a participation fee?
The participation fee helps us cover the administrative costs of running the exhibition, maintaining the website, email, and other related expenses.

We’re a small independent initiative - our goal is not profit, but sustainability.
