Wilmslow Art Under One Roof is a prestigious annual art showcase, located in Cheshire's 'Golden Triangle'. The show features a carefully curated selection of artists, makers, ceramacists and jewellers who are located in the North West of England.

This is an opportunity for artists and makers to apply to participate in the show. Selection will take place after the 6th April deadline and artists will be informed of the decision later in April 2026.  

Our show typically welcomes between 700 and 1000 people each year.  

We expect this year to be busy as we are also launching a partnership with local business groups later in the year. 

Following the success of last year's bigger show, we are pleased to invite applications for this year's event, which will be open to the public as follows:

• Friday 2nd October 6 pm - 8 pm  
• Saturday 3rd October 10 am - 5 pm  
• Sunday 4th October 12 pm - 4 pm

Wilmslow Art is held at the United Reformed Church Halls, Wilmslow and access to set up will be provided on Friday, 2nd October, before the show. Full details will be provided prior to the show.

The fee is £120 for each exhibitor, payable on selection for the show.

On selection, you will be provided with full details of your stand, which will be a 6ft table as a minimum.  You are able to bring your own lighting, however it is not possible to stick or pin anything to the back walls.

You will need the following to complete your application:

• 3 good quality images of your work
• 1 good quality image of your exhibition stand
• Your social media handles & website address (if you have one)
  
  

The deadline for applications is 23:59 on Monday, 6th April 2026.

We will contact you in mid April to inform you of the selection panel’s decision
 
Successful applicants will receive bank details along with a payment deadline.
