Call for artists for Zero waste exhibitions
Deadline: 01/03/2019City: Tynemouth | Country: United Kingdom | jackie Sewell
I am a plastic activist artist and I’m about to open a zero waste, bulk food store, incorporating art workshops, collaborations and and exhibitions within our shop. I am looking for artists to exhibit that promote recycling and highlight the blight of plastic in the environment within their work.
Chosen Artists will exhibit for a month, with the opportunity to sell, paying 20% commission to the shop. The artist is responsible for getting their work to and from the shop, when it is their time to exhibit. They can post it and I will hang as instructed. They can exhibit two pieces of work no larger than 100cm square or a number of smaller pieces to fit into that size. Artists must have their own Artist insurance.
