Mia Upton, Weaver Creature
Hi I'm Mia!
I’m a weaver, maker, and creative based in Cambridge, UK. Alongside producing my own work, I host pop-ups and live weaving demonstrations, sharing the craft and process with new audiences.
My practice has recently been showcased at the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge, and I hold a Master’s degree in Textiles from the Royal College of Art. I’m now taking exciting first steps into curating exhibitions and hope to soon establish a gallery of my own.
This journey wouldn’t be possible without the support of so many people along the way - thank you.
