We are  very excited to be hosting our third art trail in Bonsall, Matlock.  Bonsall Arts Trail is held bienniel  with our next trail planned for 20th & 21st June 2026,  in this beautiful historical village situtated on the edge of the Peak District  in Derbyshire Dales.  A shuttle bus will be in operation to get people around to the venues.  There will be allocated parking and ticket purchase point available there on the outskirts of the village.

Call out for Artists is from 1st September 2026 - closing date 31st January 2026.  All artists are curated by our Bonsall art Trail Team and artists will be informed of their outcome after the 31st January.

Venues will be in homes, community spaces, the village park /large marquees where there will be overnight security provided.  This year we are drawing in the art trail venues to ensure that all artists exhibit in central positions within the village of Bonsall.  This is a great opportunity to showcase your works as an artisit, we would love to see what you can bring to Bonsall.   A full programme of music and food is also planned and will be on the Park venue.

We will again be  hosting the Longcliffe prize of £200 to the successful artist.  Every artist in the trail is invited to enter the competition, details of the competition is available on the Bonsall Arts Trail website.  The competition is sponsored by Longcliff  Quarries Limited, which is a local company that provides the largest sponsorship to enable the art trail to go ahead.  Judging is by Longcliff. https://longcliffe.co.uk/ https://www.bonsallartstrail.org/
