Aimee Elizabeth West Yorkshire, United Kingdom
Multi disciplinary Artist
Aimee Elizabeth is an emerging multidisciplinary artist based in Yorkshire. Her practice spans painting, sculpture, poetry, photography, printmaking, and cyanotype, exploring themes of memory, heritage, hybridity, and identity. Drawing inspiration from her mixed Chinese, Irish, and British background, Aimeeās work reflects on belonging and the complexities of cultural connection. She uses layering, abstraction, and material experimentation to evoke the instability of memory and the fluid nature of self. Alongside her studio practice, Aimee has worked extensively in community arts with organizations such as Artworks Creative Communities and Bradford 2025, combining creativity with collaboration and accessibility. Currently completing her BA (Hons) in Contemporary Art and Design, she is developing her practice towards sound and installation-based work, creating immersive environments that invite reflection, participation, and emotional resonance.
