    I am a graduate professional artist with BA Fine Art First Class Honours 2006. I'm inspired by the landscape and create work that abstracts what I see and experience. Often working en plein air I create dynamic & colourful compositions. I'm inspired by abstract expressionism with rapid expressive mark making & striking colours of Fauvism. I have a strong exhibition catalogue over 20 shows in 2025.

    I am a mixed-media artist based on the Powys–Shropshire border. My practice explores expanded painting through portraiture, informed by landscape and material encounter, and developed through direct, process-led making.
