I am a Brighton based artist. A working mum who tries to find a time and space to express herself via art. This is passion that has been put aside and pushed down the long to do list. Putting myself first became very important since last year I had a mental breakdown and panick attack. Recently joined the Brighton Women Artists group whose main aim is to promote women from all background.

I am in between canvas and 3 dimension. Between colour and textures. My art is based truly on experimenting with different materials and merging them onto one platform. I do have a vague idea in my head but in the end it is an always evolving communication with the material. An experimental finding a conversation with my work where we both give up and give in. My current material is resin. Hard to change once settled in, but not necessarily final form. I am mixing it into a canvas where it becomes nearly 3 dimensional. It is also a glow in the dark experience, offering a different view in daytime and comes alive in the dark.
