I am currently in my 2nd year of BA (Hons) Fine Art at Lancaster university. My practice is primarily focused around sculpture and installation, but my wide range of skills across a number of media allows my work to often fall into a multi-media catagory. Though my 1st year project was focused on abstracting human form, I've recently found my practice to be developing from historical influences.

I am a graduate of the Royal College of Art, fine artist and former Head of Fine Art at Hull School of Art and Design. I make work on natural historical subjects to raise awareness of political and environmental themes, often in collaboration with conservation organisations or academics. Despite often heavy themes, I am not without a sense of humour and I am currently diversifying my practice.

I graduated as a very mature student from Leeds College of Art in 2018 with a 1st Class in Fine Art Honours. My work centres around figuration But aligns to a degree of abstraction in that my figures are not wholly defined but do have an identity and relationship to each other. This degree of ambiguity leaves space for the viewer to allow their own interpretation.

Painter. I came to art comparatively late after a career in teaching, and child raising. BA(Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University. Studio artist at Dean Clough Halifax since 1995. I have exhibited widely since then and have work in public collections. My work is inspired by colour, the natural world, industrial features, pleasure in materials and a need to create an expressive abstract space

I work with analog and digital technologies, I re-film, re-photograph and re-choreograph my own archive of images. I sometimes work with other public and private archival imagery. Primarily I am interested in the malleability of digital material, the proliferation of imagery post-internet and the ecology of the image as I make it. I examine analog, digital and post-digital aesthetics.
