I am a young emerging glass artist primarily focusing on free blown forms. I moved to the North East of England when I was 18 from London to study at the National Glass Centre where my career as an artist emerged. In the last year my work has been shown in a number of exhibitions including the Internantional Festival of Glass and the Cabinet of Curiosities with CGS.

Moving to Sunderland at 18, for the facilities of the National Glass Centre, I made the decision early on that my career would be a creative one. Experimenting with all the materials that the BA(Hons) Artist Designer Maker course with the University of Sunderland had to offer, I found myself in the hotshop time and time again. There was something about the high pressure, fast and hot process that completely engrossed me and felt compatible with myself. As someone with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the instinctive, racing rhythm that I run to felt it had been matched with its material. Completing both a BA and MA with the University of Sunderland, my practice began to evolve to work in parallel with this fast, instinctive and intriguing creative process. Curiosity is always a leading factor in my practice, driving a highly stimulating creative response, as seen in my more recent works. I also worked for the National Glass Centre’s hot glass team, engaging and educating the public daily with the molten material. After completing my Masters in the end of 2025, I continued my practice as an Artist in Residence at the National Glass Centre, as well as aiding and assisting both glass and non-glass artists in the hot glass studio. Working maininly in clear glass, my work uses the merging of metal bolts embedded inot the hot glass allowing components to be screwed together once annealled.
