    My art explores mental health, struggle, healing, and growth, shaped by my psychology background, including a Master’s in Psychology Research and years supporting young people with mental health challenges and special needs.     For over twenty years, my practice as a community artist has centred on participation, storytelling, and collective making.     As a chemical free seasonal flower grower and lover of nature I use my garden as inspiration for my art, using a variety of mediums from watercolour through to acrylic and digital. I practice continually with different styles and have created large acrylic flow paintings through to small textile pieces. Flowers are my passion but I am open to depicting any form.
