Eleni Sideropoulou West Yorkshire, United Kingdom
A self-taught, mixed media and acrylic modern artist. Eleni finds inspiration in emotional depth, nostalgia, self-identity, past and present experiences. Her practice is deeply personal, shaped by memory and reflection and the work is an exploration of emotion, time and healing, blending introspection with creative expression.
Eleni is an emerging artist living and working in Leeds. Born in Greece, Thessaloniki, creating has been her number one constant for the last fifteen years. She mainly works with acrylics and prefers to experiment with different mediums and styles. Her artistic journey began in 2021, when she discovered a profound connection to painting as a means of expressing the complexities of her inner world. Her work is deeply motivated by a desire to explore themes of self-love, identity, and emotional healing.
Eleni’s first solo exhibition in October 2024 explored the raw, unfiltered journey of self-discovery and healing. The theme was all about heartbreak, betrayal, turning pain into purpose, embracing all versions of yourself, reconnecting with your inner child – learning to love the little you better.
The artist is currently looking for opportunities to collaborate and exhibit with other artists.
