Ben James Dale is a UK-based fine art photographer whose work is guided by emotional connection to landscape, wildlife and the sea. His images explore the subtle relationship between inner emotional states and the natural environment.
Working across traditional landscape photography, wildlife studies and intentional camera movement, he is drawn to moments where atmosphere, light and form evoke something deeper than simple representation. Many of his images explore themes of stillness, resilience, memory and quiet transformation. Ben’s practice is rooted in time spent observing and experiencing places rather than simply photographing them. Influenced by coastal environments, remote landscapes and northern regions, his work often reflects the changing moods of weather, sea and light.
Alongside his landscape work, Ben is also developing portrait and conceptual projects exploring emotional healing, resilience and the connection between human experience and the natural world.
His work has been exhibited in galleries across the UK and internationally.
