I investigate humanity through diverse media, exploring my relationship with my body. I express my experience of womanhood, inviting audiences to consider questions relevant to themselves. My work relates to the ‘body positivity movement’, which challenges present-day beauty standards and societal constructs.

Using myself as a model, I explore and embrace my positive attributes as well as imperfections. Taboos, such as our modern relationship with body hair, weave their way into my practice. My work consists of visually taking apart the natural body, to focus on and appreciate specific details deemed ‘ugly’ and allow visitors to see them in a new, intriguing and beautiful light. I am dedicated to promoting body positivity to the mainstream as well as instilling a sense of liberation and inclusivity, I aimd to inspire women and non-binary people to embrace their bodies.
