A retired scientist, I am now living my best life in the Peak District, producing art inspired by nature and celtic themes.

Having exhibited textile art in UK and Australia, I recently had a year of tuition from a professional artist and developed my current practice, having explored various styles and mediums. I now focus on colour pencil, sometimes with watercolour, and gold leaf or gold ink. My style is mainly illustrative although I do the odd commission for people's pets. My current work includes an on-going series on endangered flora and fauna in the UK. I am a member of the UK Colour Pencil Society.
