Lucy Denton (Dee) Warwickshire, United Kingdom
I inherited a camera just over two years ago and was determined it was not going to sit unused, so I went out and started taking photos.
I am interested in black and white photography, and the idea of seeing how space is used, changing light and shadow, is important to my work. I also like to shoot the best I can and keep any editing to a minimum.
From my photos, I break down the image into its simplest form and represent these lines in wood, paint, or plaster. I am currently refining a 20-piece plaster cast project based around movement.
