I firmly believe that Art practice and theory need to be spread more and among everyone without distinction. Art is for everybody and everybody needs to respects it,because it is a very precious human creation and human development.

Maria’s artistic practice covers a varied and informed use of different media such as oils, watercolours, inks, acrylics, and pencils ranging from portraiture,charcoal landscapes to the most recent and favourite abstracts.

Her abstracts explore inner feelings and emotions generated by casual or inducted events. Maria is interested in the philosophical as well as the psychological side and power of art. This is why she also try to express thoughts and subconscious realities not always possible expressed by words. Art practice has seen by Maria as Kintsugi of life,as the golden filling of humans' life broken pieces. For this reason Maria has a sort of visceral vision of Art which it needs to be merged with life. Thirsty of life aestheticism, Maria believes that humans' own life should be treated as a painting, as a masterpiece. 'Make your life a masterpiece!' she quotes.
