I graduated from Central St Martins College of Art and Design in 1996. Since then I have mainly shown my work at craft fairs and shows in England, mainly London. I love this way of selling my work as I enjoy the personal shows and the personal touch it demands, finding the right home for each individual piece that will be loved, cherished and worn for decades....portable, wearable art!

My pieces are all one off designs, mainly necklaces which I make myself in my London workshop. Each piece is unique, just as the stones are, and my designs are guided by the beauty of the natural stones. I take great pride in my work so that each piece is made well to stand the test of time as I love the idea of jewellery being handed down through the generations. I drill and burr each stone so that each stone, knotted individually, sits well on the body and also does not come apart suddenly in the busy lives we have. The silver shapes are carved to reflect the beauty of the stones in all their detail and complexities. I enjoy matching each piece to the wearer in terms of colour, size, shape and texture as well as the overall sense of the piece so that both are in harmony, adding a sense of beauty, style, composure and individuality, adding to one's own natural beauty by bringing this to the fore.
