I am a mixed media artist based in Leeds. My work is a combination of paper, fabric and stitch.
My work is heavily influenced by Japanese culture, I like simplicity. My tiny papier-mâché bowls are decorated with hand stitching, indigo fabrics, words and burnt holes. I combine old book pages, ephemera and paint using origami techniques , collage and stitch. Fabric vessels are made using hand painted fabrics.
