    I am a visual artist, illustrator and urban sketcher living and working in Yorkshire, UK. My work deals primarily with the landscapes and built environments in the North of England: I seek to capture the atmosphere and 'feel' of these places in a way that goes beyond description, capturing their essence and creating emotional resonance with the viewer.     I am a mosaic artist living in Cumbria. I have being making mosaics for a few years and am a former illustrator and mural painter. I make wildlife portraits out of rocks and found materials. I forage slate, quartz, found ceramics, fossils from places I visit and choose subjects that interest or inspire me. My style is representational and I choose materials to give my mosaics texture and movement

    I have been doing abstract art since the beginning of 2023, as a recovering alcoholic (sober for over 10 years now) I use my art as a way of expressing my innermost feelings without having to speak a single word about them. I see my paintings as a screenshot of my soul at that particular moment in time.

    I am a charcoal pencil artist specialising in landscapes, wildlife and gothic illustration. Much of my work is commission based and has included book covers, album art and tattoos. I am currently exploring ways of making my work more accessible including turning my drawings into 3d prints and interactive, multi sensory pieces.
