London based artist working across drawing, sculpture and installation. Graduated in BA Fine Art, Central Saint Martins (2016) and is a member of the Royal Society of Sculptors. In 2024 she was awarded Art Council Funding to undertake a paper residency in the US. Recent exhibitions include Rana Begum Curates: Opposing Forms at Pallant House Gallery, Chichester and Analogue, Hypha HQ, Euston.

I make works on paper, sculpture and installation composed of minimal lines and repeated forms that articulate space. Beginning from small, poetic encounters between the natural and urban, I draw on dance, eastern philosophy and ancient feminine cosmologies to explore the spirit embedded in all things and our connection to a greater whole. My process is methodical, repetitive and labour-intensive. I work with hand-driven, traditional techniques – papermaking, drawing dense grids, fine metal work, hand-sewing, using simple tools and refined materials including woven mesh, metal rod and rope. My work embodies a way of being in the world, an attentive, grounded sensibility and lightness of touch that is in dialogue with place and material. This unites the vernacular, quiet discipline of the production process with the sensitive, attuned experience that the work invites.
