I am a Polish-born artist of Roma heritage currently based in London. My artistic practice spans across sculpture, moving image, installation and performance. I am interested in urban and natural environments and the slippage between the two. Repeated themes within my work include domestic/ fictional landscapes, object oriented ontologies, queer interspecies bodies and the and the natural world.

I am looking into speculative narratives examining the slippage between the concept of functionality and ritual, and the exploration of the queer female /body’s positioning within synthetic surroundings - often with an element of levity. My practice employs a range of technologies and methods, including video, installation, CGI, performance, sculpture, kinetics and sound.

In my most recent work, there are references to fictional landscapes which are reminiscent of science fiction, folklore and the ethereal. I often entertain speculative narratives, chronicling a future scavenger’s travels to forage distant treasure troves, improvising shrines with the materials that they uncover. I work collaboratively in an effort to build a reciprocal ecosystem with individuals from various disciplines and background

I exhibited in the UK, USA, Canada and Europe including two solo exhibitions at New Art Projects (London) and Union Gallery; group shows including the Horse Hospital, Final Hot Desert, Collective Ending, Iklectic, TBA Academy, Gossamer Fog, Embassy, Subsidiary Projects, Xxjira Hii, the Factory Project and Conditions amongst others. I also participated in residencies at Jupiter Woods, Camden Art Centre and Arts Territory.
