Rebecca is the Artist behind ToastybonceArt. She began painting in 2022 and is based in Oswestry. I work across a variety of media including painting, textiles, and sculpture.
I began painting in late 2022 following a life altering experience which profoundly changed how I see the world. Through painting, I found a renewed sense of freedom and purpose . Each piece is an honest expression from the heart, reflecting my journey of growth, learning and resilience. I work across a variety of media including painting, textiles, and sculpture. I enjoy working with textured layers and mixed media to build atmosphere and depth. My work is deeply influenced by my personal experiences, a love of colour and nature, and the places I have travelled. From coastal paths to quiet city corners, my art often captures the feeling of a place rather than its exact form. Through my art I pose the question, “What do you see?”, encouraging emotional connection and personal interpretation. My work explores the human spirit’s ability to find beauty in the unexpected.
