    Neurodivergent visual artist exploring embodied experience through drawing, painting and mixed media. My work draws on my background as a former elite gymnast and responds to movement, sensation and mental imagery emerging through EMDR therapy. Projects include ‘ProPriOception’ (Arts Council England - DYCP) and ‘Exploring Embodied Experience’, supported by a CuratorSpace Artist Bursary.

    An abstract landscape artist based in Haworth, West Yorkshire working mainly with paint & clay, often incorporating found materials. Her obsession with colour, surface & texture has been a common thread throughout her art practice for over 30 years.     Sarah McAlister graduated with MA Textiles from The University for the Creative Arts in 2024 and focuses her practice on re-using found materials. Her work is made in response to places and events she has experienced. Her ethos as a textile artist is to recycle, re-use and re-purpose existing resources meaning that her pieces are made entirely from found objects and fabrics.

    Demi is a northern British contemporary abstract artist, who has lived across industrial towns and northern countryside. Demi's artwork is fuelled by these contrasting environments, her work is primarily climate focused, forming both abstract landscape and animal paintings using mixed media.     Laura is a self taught artist creating nature themed pieces. She works mostly in watercolour, though occasionally uses mixed media to complete a piece (using gouache, coloured pencil or pastel pencils for final details). Laura also enjoys experimenting with other techniques and media, such as linocut printing, embroidery, and collage sculptures.
