    An experimental printmaker using etching and other print making techniques. The work is concerned with the temporal transformation of discarded and forgotten objects into new printed images which emulate the landscape, becoming imaginary map like places. A new 2 or 3 dimensional narrative emerges as they form their new printed landscape

    I am a painter of ideas and passions, sourced from the landscapes around us and the mindscapes they evoke is me. With my science background, I try to blend the stories of how and why things are, with my desire to express these wonders in colour and form.     I am a Brighton based artist. A working mum who tries to find a time and space to express herself via art. This is passion that has been put aside and pushed down the long to do list. Putting myself first became very important since last year I had a mental breakdown and panick attack. Recently joined the Brighton Women Artists group whose main aim is to promote women from all background.

    I am currently producing work that is a a combination of paintings and mixed media relief pieces that combine embroidery, paper clay, precious metal clay, paper, watercolour, ink and found objects. Each piece is accompanied with a poem about and as a response to the physical work. I also work as a development librarian.

    Holman works with traditional making practices and processes, that he subverts with contemporary content, challenging both the currency of craft as a nostalgic strategy for making, and our perceptions of what constitutes ‘heritage.’ Holman is a non executive director of The National Festival of Making and is artist in residence for the British Textiles Biennial 2019.

    I am a London based artist who uses photography, digital manipulation, and sound to create images, video, and installations. Searching beneath the surface by unpacking the layers that we keep secure is a fundamental aspect of my work. Often nostalgic, sometimes beautifully melancholic, I make tender unsettling images drawn from my reflections of human behaviour.

    Shona Davies and Jon Klein both studied at Sir John Cass College of Art where they graduated in 2007 with first class honours. They were also joint recipients of the Owen Rowley Prize and John Cass Purchase prize. Klein specialised in Time Based Media and Davies in Printmaking and 3-D. Dave Monaghan studied at Liverpool and Canterbury Colleges of Art where he specialised in sculpture.
