  Back to profiles

White SOL Studio is the creative platform of London-based multidisciplinary artist Sofia Gryzinski. Her work spans immersive and site-specific installation, participative performance, visual art and event-based formats.

My work bridges the intuitive and the experiential, and is rooted in a commitment to shared transformation and embodied presence. I create art that invites both introspection and collective connection. Through objects, visual artworks, and participatory experiences - from intimate moments to large-scale interventions - I craft experiences designed to deepen awareness.

I am interested in ritual and ceremony, in cycles of life, death and transformation, and in the thresholds where ordinary perception begins to soften. At the core of my practice is a fascination with the edges of perception: how sensory and spatial manipulation can open portals to expanded states of consciousness. I am inspired by the energetic interplay between human and non-human worlds, and my work often unfolds in dialogue with nature and the environments we inhabit.
