Open call for art submissions to Issue 7 of Haus-a-rest Zine and Social media platform

This issue the topic for November  is ...

MENTAL HEALTH

This month we want to see how you tackle mental health within your work. Has creativity been your way through by making work to make sense of difficult times? Is your artist practice a cathartic process where you can find solace? How do you convey your mental state within your work? Is it serene and a place you return to or a snap shot in time that acts as a time line on your mental well-being?

We are very excited to see your interpretation.

You will need to submit:

1) A good quality image of your work.

2) Three lines of text to explain your concept,  why you made the piece and any obstacles you had to overcome.

3) Your Instagram name so we can tag you.

4) Do you wish to join our mailing list Y/N?

Your work will not be accepted if you do not provide all of the four requested items. If accepted your work will be featured in the Zine, Instagram and FB for a least one month, and very likely for several.
