Artists are invited to submit up to 3 pieces of work for the exhibition.

Please complete a separate form for each submission.

You may provide a short description of no more than 100 words, but this will not be displayed alongside the work.

You may submit up to 3 images of your piece of work.

One image to show the whole piece and a further two images to show details if required.

Please be clear about how your work hangs.

UK-based artists from all backgrounds are invited to submit. It is free to apply with only successful artists paying a fee of £12 fee for each piece of work selected.

The exhibition will run from 27th October - 12th November 2026.

There will be a Private View event on 24th October 4-6 pm.

Successful artists will be contacted by 18th September 2026.

Successful artists are welcome to send their work by post.

Work sent by post should reach us by 8th October at the latest.

If you have any issues with these dates, please contact us before applying.

After 8th October, we are on holiday.

Work can be collected from the gallery during gallery opening hours between 24th November - 10th December 2026.

If you would like your work returned to you by post, please send a stamped addressed envelope along with your work (actual Royal Mail stamps, not prepaid postage labels or any other delivery company).

Please note, if you do not send a stamped, addressed envelope, we will charge a £4 handling fee on top of the price of return postage.

All work must be complete at the time of submission.

Any work which varies from the original piece or size submitted may be rejected.

If you wish to submit any form of print, it will be your responsibility to print it off and prepare it for exhibition before delivering it to us.

Please note, we do not write letters of recommendation or participation for artists taking part in our exhibitions.

Please contact us if you have any questions.

Thank you and good luck!
