We are looking for artists to take over our instagram page and create a new body of work. Whilst in residence the artist will share their work on the art4u instagram page.

The Art4u online residency will give successful applicants the chance to delve in to a project whilst in residence on our platform. The artist will be required to create a new body of work exploring a proposed theme and share the work on our instagram page throughout the residency. The instagram takeover should provide the artist with new connections and act as a pedestal for the artist to reach a wider audience.

Who is eligible for this opportunity?
The Art4U platform is based in Essex and relevant to Artists local to Essex, however we want to broaden our audience by making new connections and bringing a new audience to the Colchester art scene.
When is the deadline?
17.07.2017
How many works can I submit?
6 images, and as many links to videos/ websites as you like.
How do you decide on proposals?
We read through the proposals and will choose the one we think is most relevant and most exciting for NOW.
What happens if my proposal is chosen?
You will become the new online artist in residence and we will discuss a start/end date.
What kind of proposals are you looking for?
