Third magazine exploring the theme of climate change.

Awestruck Press is an emerging literary and arts journal dedicated to the environment, social action and the experience of awe.

It was founded in 2023 with the aim to connect people to the earth, inspire awe and as a vessel for social action.

For our third magazine issue, we are exploring the theme of climate, weather, climate change and environmentalism.

You can interpret this theme broadly
- we just want people to feel connected to the earth and inspired to protect it when reading the magazine!

We welcome visual art, photography, poetry, writing, essays, etc. Artists worldwide are welcome to submit.

This has not yet been announced on our social media; this is an early submission opportunity.

We charge £5 per submission, and you can upload up to 10 pieces of work for this.
You can either submit up to 10 artworks, up to 10 written works, or a combination of both; however, no more than 10 altogether.

Submission fees are used to fund the planting of trees and allow Awestruck to create further opportunities for artists.

Each accepted contributor will receive publication in the magazine and a free digital copy.

We also create artist spotlight posts on Instagram for some contributors (randomly selected).

How many people are selected varies per issue and is completely dependent on time, resources and page count. This typically isn't decided until after the selection process.

We occasionally invite artists for an online interview to be included in the publication when they have done notable work in the field. If you are doing any other work around the climate that you feel we would be interested in interviewing you for, let us know!

Past contributors include global poets, authors and artists who are dedicated to the environment.

We have interviewed contributors who were included in the Forbes 30 under 30 list for Asia for their activism and an individual who founded a global anti-hunger initiative.

We are a small team with only just over 600 followers on Instagram (although we are growing!).

The print run of this issue is expected to be approximately 20.
