Are you passionate about the visual arts and ready to make an impact in the creative community? CuratorSpace is looking for an arts administrator to help launch and manage our exciting new sales platform.

CuratorSpace is an arts opportunity platform, connecting curators and galleries with visual artists and designer makers. Launched in November 2013, CuratorSpace provides tools to create and manage open calls online, allowing curators to promote their opportunity and collect submissions from artists.

CuratorSpace hosts opportunities for both emerging and established artists working with individual curators, as well as large-scale events and national organisations, including The Hepworth Wakefield, Fruitmarket Gallery in Edinburgh, Sculpture in the City, and the Royal Society of Sculptors. The platform provides a range of additional services, including advertising, events listing, and artist profiles, as well as offering a quarterly artist bursary to our artist subscribers.

As part of developing our artist subscription offer, CuratorSpace is looking to hire a new arts administrator to support the launch and management of our new sales platform. The new team member must be based in West Yorkshire and have experience working in the visual arts sector.

The role will be part time with flexible working hours and will be available on a 6 month fixed-term basis, with the possibility to extend at the end of that period. We are happy for the right candidate to work remotely. Training will be provided on using the CuratorSpace system, managing the site, and updating content.
