East Street Arts are looking for artists, creatives, curators, groups & collectives to utilise temporary space in  Northallerton.  This is an opportunity for an affordable studio/ project space with support and networking benefits of an arts charity working nationally.

Located on Standard Way Business Park, a 10-minute walk from the centre of the town, is this very large, open plan ex-office unit we are looking to fill with creative energy. 

As this is a large space we are ideally looking for an organisation or group of artists who will utilise the available space. Depending on the applications we receive we may also place multiple artists in the space, and assign different areas to different artists.

You will have access to the space, assistance with promoting your programme/practice and support from the Spaces team here at East Street Arts. This is an opportunity to be a part of our wide network of artists and arts organisations across the UK.

We are offering the opportunity to occupy the space for an initial rent-free period of 1 month after which, should you wish to continue to use and occupy the space, we would introduce a low-cost rental fee.

We are looking for artists and creatives to get this space into use and brought back to life and are particularly interested in working with artists who engage with the local community. 

We are committed to working with artists of all backgrounds, ages, levels and progressions within their artistic practice.
