Odyssey Global Media invites you to participate in our upcoming "Blue Planet" global arts showcase, a unique global event celebrating our connection to the world's oceans and waterways. Explore the cultural significance, environmental importance, and personal relationships people have with oceans, rivers, lakes, and other water sources through visual art, music, dance, poetry, documentary film, and so much more. As a socially conscious media company committed to amplifying grassroots voices, we're calling on ' YOU' to represent your country and community.

We are seeking visual artists, musicians, dancers, poets, filmmakers, and creatives of all kinds to contribute works that explore the cultural significance, environmental importance, and personal relationships people have with the earth's water sources.

From the expansive oceans to winding rivers and serene lakes, we aim to highlight the vital role water plays in our lives through imaginative and thought-provoking artistic expressions.

This global event will provide a platform to share diverse perspectives and unify communities around our shared blue planet. We welcome submissions across a variety of mediums, including:

  • Paintings, drawings, sculptures, and other visual art
  • Musical compositions and performances
  • Dance choreography and performances
  • Poetry, prose, and other literary works
  • Documentary films, experimental videos, and cinematic narratives
  • Mixed-media installations and interdisciplinary projects

The "Blue Planet" showcase will take place on 23rd July 2024 digitally.

  • The artists will have the chance to either display their artistic works live or present digital/multimedia performances as part of the "Blue Planet" showcase.
  • This allows them to share their creative visions and interpretations of the "Blue Planet" theme with attendees in an immersive, engaging setting.
  • The "Blue Planet" event will have a significant international reach, both through the digital event and exhibition as well as the exposure on Odyssey Global Media social media platforms.
  • This provides the selected artists with a valuable opportunity to showcase their work to a wide, diverse audience around the world.
