My client is a children's nurse, author, podcaster and global expert in potty learning. I produce content for her to share on social media, her website and as part of her treatment plans to share during consultations. We would like to include some instructional comic strips which illustrate some of the processes she is explaining. These would be black and white line drawings, simple and accessible.

The initial piece will be a 9-step accident protocol.

This will consist of an A4 page split into 9 panels, with the step at the bottom of each panel, a number in the top-left corner, an illustration of the parent supporting the child through the step and a speech bubble for the dialogue.

At the bottom of the comic strip will be my client's logo, a copyright statement and a recap of the 9 steps.

I am looking to build a long-term relationship with an illustrator who can create more of these illustrations in a consistent house style for my client.

My client would like a first draft of the initial piece by the 30th September, so I only have a few weeks to receive submissions and select the successful applicant.

Please submit an example of a simple black and white line drawing of a parent crouched down in front of a standing toddler in order to meet their gaze at their own level.

The work needs to be completed as soon as possible, so we would like the first draft of the design before the end of September.

The deadline for applications/submissions is therefore 19th September, and the delivery date for the work is 30th September.
