About The Flank

The Flank operates as a conceptual extension of The Wrong Gallery: a space that rejects traditional commercial structures and instead prioritises access, immediacy, and artist autonomy.

There are no fees, no commission, and no mediation, just a temporary gathering of work, ideas, and presence.

(Weather dependent -date may move)

Work should be suitable for an outdoor/semi-outdoor environment on sunny and dry day

Why Participate

The Flank is not a conventional exhibition platform. It is a shared gesture, an opportunity to show work without gatekeeping, financial pressure, or institutional framing.

Participation contributes to a growing, collective presence that unfolds over time through shared gestures and temporary encounters.
