Positive Vibes Only @ Meta Space Gallery is an online exhibition which calls upon artists to send their works which only have positive overtones. This is in a time where positivity is needed as negativity is widespread almost everywhere on the digital world where we need to take some time out and breathe.

The Open Call will end on the 24th June and the digital exhibition will open on the 1st July 2023 and end on the 31st July 2023. We will be accepting submissions earlier than the deadline so you will have a higher chance of getting in, if you send your work in early.

The exhibition will be curated by our curator and founder; Joshua Obara Norwood.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Only positive themed work, anything that could connote negative vibes will be declined.
  • Do not send anything that could be deemed or discriminatory hateful to any groups of peoples.
  • Do not send work that is not viewable to a general public wider audience.
  • Make sure that your work can be displayed in a digital format.
  • We do not accept work forms of any type: AI art (only acceptable form is if the AI work has been incorporated and there has been considerable amount of work done by the living artist to the work and that the AI does not take up more than 40% of the work). NFT art (we can never be sure whether the artist has good intentions or not with NFTs as many have been used by bad actors).
  • You also give us the permission to post work that you have sent onto our website, YouTube channel, online catalogue, articles and social medias. We retain the right to remove your work from our website for whatever reason(s).
  • Please understand that we will be prioritising artists with little to no exhibition experience and will not be considering artists will a vast experience with exhibitions. This organisation was created to help small artists to get into the art world- they need it more than artists with a huge portfolio.
