About us: The MarioTestino+ studio is based in London, under the direction of world-renowned photographer Mario Testino. The MT+ studio works in Publishing, Exhibitions and Archives of a variety of projects. Role: The PEA Assistant is an integral role within MarioTestino+ team. The role will support and work closely with the Publishing, Exhibitions and Archive team on a variety of projects and provide support to the wider MT+ studio. Desirable skills; - A passion for photography - Exemplary attention to detail, thorough and highly organised - Proficient in using Adobe suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge). - Knowledge of Capture One - Understanding of databases and inputting metadata - A team player with an interest in all departments' projects This is a London office-based role in W11 from Mon to Fri, 10-7 pm role. Exhibitions

- Support the Exhibitions Director in reproducing Testino's images: Tasks include matching prints and organizing files before deliveries.

- Supports Exhibitions Director track retouching progress and maintain a record of images with final sign-off.

- Leads on the production of gift prints from request to delivery with oversight by the Exhibitions Director.

- Assists with the production of artworks, exhibition installation, lists, inventories and presentations where applicable and as directed by the Exhibitions Director.

- Contribute to the development of promotional materials for digital platforms, including the website and social media.

Archive - Research & Preservation

- Main source for archive research, reviewing with the senior PEA team. This includes scanning selected material and organizing files for all MT projects across books, exhibitions, websites, social media, syndication etc.

- Supports the ongoing digitisation of archival material, organizing the material and preparing it to be added to the digital archive in a thorough and systematic manner, keeping track of progress. Scanning, creating previews where necessary.

- Leads on web archiving of all MarioTestino+ active platforms.

- Assists with ongoing archive projects; MTPersonal archive, Archive appraisal, archiving ABW/New Chapter.

- Assists with scoping the video archive; Develops the inventory of hard drives stored offsite and identifies assets at risk of loss.

Archive - File handling

- Supports Head of Archive ingest new files and projects to the archive ensuring that all digital and actual materials are correctly ingested at the beginning of a project and correctly filed on the server throughout the project in anticipation of it being archived.

- Responsible for receiving material from the travelling team and creating project folders/files/documents collaborating with the wider teams. Informing project wrapsheets with the information received.

- Delivers files as requested, researching, sourcing and delivering to and from the correct

projects. I.e alternative plates, ig files.

- Deliver files as requested by the Social Media Consultant for social media initiatives.

Studio

- Maintain inventory of photographic equipment.

- Organize and track shipments and couriers as required.

- Support the general day-to-day activities of the artist studio.
