Call for Performers and Artists: Reset 2026

We know you have something cosmic to share, and Vega is searching for you.

As our annual Reset celebration draws near, we’re reaching out in search of artists and performers to join us in recognition of the cyclical destruction and rebirth of our Universe.

We welcome artists, musicians, performers, filmmakers, poets, sound artists and other makers whose work might find a place within this strange celebration of endings and beginnings.

We are particularly interested in:

  • Live performance and cabaret
  • Experimental music and sound
  • Film, moving image and animation
  • Poetry, spoken word and storytelling
  • Strange, experimental or unconventional art
  • Anything that might exist somewhere between these things
  • Contributions to setbuilding
  • Ceremony participants


Expect an evening of ceremony, art, performance, music and cosmic existential anguish as we gather once again to mark the Reset.

Whether your work is beautiful, unsettling, absurd, contemplative, incomprehensible or if you are simply interested in joining our cause, we want to hear from you.

Who is eligible for this opportunity?
This opportunity is open to all applicants.
When is the deadline?
The deadline is 1/11/2026 to give the organisers enough time to prepare the event and work with contributors.
When is the delivery date?
The final event will take place on 28/11/2026.
When do I need to collect my work?
Work will likely require collection by 29/11/2026. The venue has a large loading bay for logistics.
How much does it cost?
There is no fee for participation.
Are there payments to artists?
At present, we are unable to guarantee a fixed artist fee. If the event generates a surplus, we intend to share this between participating artists and performers where possible.
What are the opening times?
Our proposed running times are from 7 pm to 12 am.
Does the location have disabled access?
The venue has a ramp for accessibility and accessible toilet.
Do I need to be present?
Performers may need to be present for live performances, however streaming or prerecording is possible where necessary or relevant to the work.
What kind of proposals are you looking for?
We are interested in acts or works that may fit with the general tone of Reset. Please explore our work to get a sense of whether your work might fit with this vision.
What are the selection criteria?
Selection will be a matter of curation, with consideration given to how each proposal might fit within the overall event in terms of time, space, theme, technical requirements and aesthetics. We are interested in creating a balance across the programme, so unfortunately we may not be able to accommodate every submission, even where the work itself is a good fit for Reset.

We encourage you to send us the strange, the beautiful, the unsettling and the difficult to categorise. We want to see what you've got.
