Report this?

A signal, a sigh, a sensation – the subtle impulse of conception before coming into existence, when the unsettled mind of the explorer dares into the mystery of alchemy. To give form to the invisible. To name the unforeseen. To turn the intangible into matter.

Can you describe the unmanifested? In symbols and images, in patterns and sounds? Something that isn't yet, but is there.

The seed in the soil. The moist skin behind the curtain. The heartbeat in the chest. The notes before the harmony. The rush of blood in fear. The yearning. The blank page. The inception.

A place behind the line of the breaking point that bridges chance with the will and the realm of the imaginary with that of perceptible  emergence - in secret, where our inmost metaphysical layers reflect the undefined and the unanswered.

We invite artists with diverse art practices to participate in the exhibition Unmanifested. It will take place between the 27th of November and the 6th of December, with a Private view on the 27th of November.

We are interested in artworks across all media in the Fine arts that reflect the theme through a solid methaphorical implication.

We recommend size up to 100cm in width for 2-D artworks, although strong works relevant to the concept and curation will be considered as well. For 3-D artworks, size shouldn't exceed Ø150 cm.

To apply:

Please fill in the submission form and submit 3-5 images of your work.

Submission is free, but there is a £40 participation fee for the selected artists applicable after the application deadline.

The exhibition is curated and will include an Opening event with live music, a Publicity launch, Installation, Visitors' assistance, and an Artists' talk.

Participating artists will benefit from a physical show and a public live event, as well as active online exposure before, throughout, and after the exhibition over social media platforms and other directories.

In addition, we are awaiting confirmation for listing in Aesthetica magazine.

Their work will be introduced to potential dealers, and they will have the chance to join a growing community of artists who support each other, create, and educate together.

The past exhibition Muse - Masquerade ball. Live music. Art, held at an external venue, sold 80 tickets, attracted consistent footfall and a major sale as well.

It was featured in a curator's interview for Create Magazine, and participating artists moved on with solo shows and further opportunities.

The Emergency Art exhibition took place at Platform Southwark and was a vibrant and busy celebrarion of contemporary and conceptual art.
