Monica Mardare

I am a London-based curator interested in exploring themes of identity, duality, and emotional presence through thoughtfully curated group and solo exhibitions. My work brings together artists across disciplines — including photography, sculpture, video, installation, and performance — whose practices engage with introspection, transformation, and the layered experience of being.

I create exhibitions that invite reflection and sensory engagement, valuing materiality, atmosphere, and the emotional dialogue between artwork and viewer. My curatorial approach is grounded in collaboration, attention to detail, and a sensitivity to both concept and presentation. I aim to provide meaningful opportunities for artists to share their work within carefully composed and resonant spaces across London.
