    Becky is a freelance illustrator based in Leeds, UK. Becky creates work mainly focusing on favourite meals; food and drink, along with animals, plants and feelings of nostalgia.     I am a trained textile and surface pattern designer and have been fortunate to have travelled extensively to which has inspired the majority of my art work. I enjoy working with multimedia and utilising digital technology for the final piece. I am inspired by the combination of colourways in landscapes, nature and abstract imagery.

    I am an artist blacksmith who has an joy and love of metal since time began people have created and to me its inspiring how one can view nature and then manoeuvre iron into a version of nature. I use mostly recycled materials and things others throw away to try and bring beauty into the things others see as rubbish to lease new life and joy into what was once unloved. I'm a lover of history.

    My art uses traditional indigenous techniques, at the moment, most of my work uses "Momigami" one way or another this technique is embedded in my art. Momigami is an ancient paper technique, which has been mostly forgotten in Japan.
