A Space For Change Exhibition is for artists who want their work to facilitate change and create conversations around the ideas presented by their work.

It can be artwork that challenges society or anything loosely related to political/societal/environmental change.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Only art that has been rejected by a previous Open Call to any institute, gallery or museum must be sent into the application.
Please mention where it was rejected in order for us to consider your applications. Otherwise, your application may simply be scrapped and unconsidered if you cannot tell us whether it was rejected or not.

  • Do not send anything that could be deemed or discriminatory hateful to any groups of people.

  • Do not send work that is not viewable to a general public wider audience.

  • Make sure that your work can be displayed in a digital format.

  • We do not accept work forms of any type of AI art (the only acceptable form is if the AI work has been incorporated and there has been a considerable amount of work done by the living artist to the work and the AI does not take up more than 40% of the work).
NFT art (we can never be sure whether the artist has good intentions or not with NFTs as many have been used by bad actors).

  • You also give us permission to post work that you have sent onto our website, YouTube channel, online catalogue, articles and social media. We retain the right to remove your work from our website for whatever reason(s).

  • Please understand that we will be prioritising artists with little to no exhibiting experience and will not be considering artists with a vast experience with exhibitions. This organisation was created to help small artists to get into the art world - they need it more than artists with a huge portfolio.
