Submissions are now open for the first ever ANHARMONIC Online Film Festival 2020

The ANHARMONIC Online Film Festival is the collaborative product of two friends during lockdown. Stuck inside and locked out of their regular cinematic echo chambers, feeling ever frustrated by the online actions of mainstream institutions, they decided to create their own online film festival.

Broadcasting straight into your bedroom, the ANHARMONIC Film Festival aims to provide a platform for community, discussion and critique. Bringing you a varied programme of new short films, interviews and cinematic discussion, as well as some chit-chat interludes and good ol’ fashioned back and forth.

We welcome film and video works, short narrative films, documentaries, experimental and essay films, animation and video collage. Promoting burgeoning and amateur filmmakers, we welcome all idea submissions, especially those from underrepresented people in film!

The festival is scheduled for the first week of August (3rd - 9th), with the closing date for submissions midnight on the 6th of July.

Feel free to submit either completed films, works in progress or idea submissions, as long as they can be completed a week before the festival is scheduled to start.
