How to Submit

Artists and art groups are invited to submit ONE exhibition proposal to make use of a 4 metre space.

There is a very limited capacity to the amount of video or audio work that can be included in the art fair. If you wish to submit audio or video work you must provide your own equipment and clearly outline how this will work. E.g. a DVD player playing a film on loop.

Artists will be provided with 4 metres of wall space in which to set up their exhibition. Any fittings, tables or plinths required should be provided by the artists. Artists should also provide any wall text or printing they require themselves. The name of the artist or art group will be displayed in the exhibition space in advance of your arrival. The space allocated may not necessarily be a flat 4 metre stretch of wall. For example, it may be a U-shaped space, or an L-shaped space. We will aim to allocate appropriate spaces based on your proposal.

Please write a description outlining your proposed exhibition and any details of your installation etc. which may be relevant. Try to be concise.

Please provide a relevant website link, or social media link to show your practice if you have one available.

Please submit up to 5 images of the type of work you would like to exhibit, and of your previous exhibitions.

Artists and art groups will be required pay a £20 deposit per space. All work and any rubbish created must be cleared by closing time on Tuesday 30th August. If spaces are left in good condition the deposit will be refunded to you after the art fair.

Thank you and good luck!

Michael and Sharon (The Fronteer Team)
