Do you use water in the creation of your artwork? It could be in the materials you use such as watercolours, the subject matter or your inspiration. Whatever form it may be, get in touch to be a part of the first group exhibition at Bloqs. 

The exhibition is free to enter, and you are welcome to sell your artwork but aren’t obligated to do so. There will be a 10% commission on any artworks sold to cover admin costs and transaction charges but no charge if it doesn’t sell. 

You can send up to three artworks. The works need to be hangable and available from Friday 29th April 6pm until 27th May, including installation time and destal. The deadline for submissions is 1pm Tuesday 19th April.

The exhibition is open to any artworks that are hangable but if you would like to screen a moving image work, performance or sound work for the opening you’d be very welcome to. 

All artists no matter the stage of their career are welcome, particularly if they’re from the Borough of Enfield but this opportunity is open to everyone. 

There will be an opening event, if you are interested in doing a performance or screening during this time please get in touch. 

Please note we don’t have facilities available for works requiring electricity I.e., screens for moving image work (apart from the opening event) and it won't be possible to drill into walls.
