Myth, Magic and Folklore ART EXHIBITION  Art celebrating the whimsical, ethereal and sometimes spooky. We are inviting artists to submit up to 3 pieces of 2D art  Whether mystical, imaginary or just a little weird, or something in between, we want to see your love for something different.

Send us your application to be included in the exhibition via email by midnight Wednesday 16th September 2026.

You will be notified  if your artwork has been accepted by Wednesday 23rd September

There is no cost to submit entries for review.

Important information:

Original Art only

No AI Generative Art (prompt driven art), handcrafted pieces only (digital art/photography accepted)

Maximum size per piece: 50cm X 60cm including framing

Must be family friendly

Must have D-hooks and picture string for hanging and clearly labelled on the back with Artist name, Title of Art, Medium and price.

There will be a £5 hanging fee per piece accepted

Artists are responsible for insuring their own artworks

Notification of acceptance by 23rd September

Payment of hanging fee by Midnight 29th September

Drop off of artwork Friday 2nd October 12:30 - 4pm

Exhibition runs from 3rd October - 31st October

Pick up of artwork Saturday 31st October. 10:30 – 12 noon

Funds for sales will be given at pick up or through bank transfer.

Total Eclipse of the Art Gallery is a small independently run gallery in Warrington, Cheshire, owned by Artist Carol Gibbons, hiring affordable exhibition space to artists with no commission on wall sales, and celebrating those just starting on their artistic journey as well as established and professional artists.

Carol and her daughter, professional artist Laura Gibbons, run art classes throughout the week at the gallery for all abilities and encourage anyone with a desire to create to go out and do it!

All entries will be assessed by an independent judge, All work must be family friendly and no bigger than 50x60cm including frame.
