Open Call to contemporary artists for the Interim Arts Instagram page. Each artist will have three posts about them and their work curated by the Interim team.

Interim Arts are a contemporary arts collective providing a platform for artists to showcase work made ‘in the meantime’. The idea of the meantime suggests impressions, ambiguous or abstracted works but we would love to showcase works stemming from all concepts. 

Each artist will have three posts about them and their work on the Interim Arts Instagram account. We want to build this platform to create a network of contemporary artists working in this 'Interim' period of Lockdown, in between stages of our artistic careers and practice. These three posts will be curated by the team at Interim Arts based on the information provided by the artist. 

1. The first post will be an introduction: your name and biography.

2. A large image of your work and your artist statement. 

3. Final images of your work / practice. 

This platform will showcase and engage with artists allowing for opportunities where contemporary artists from all backgrounds are welcome and invited to apply. It is completely free to apply for this opportunity; we want to build a network of artists working through this time, showcasing artists each month of the year. We have exciting plans for the platform to grow, eventually accepting applications for exhibitions, zines and other opportunities in the near future. 

We are a small team but will schedule your work as soon as we have all the needed information. We are excited to see your artwork and read about your practice. We hope to build a network of contemporary artists and opportunities together.
