Photopocene - a podcast for eco-conscious photographic artists - call to take part
Deadline: 30/04/2021Photography has had a significant impact on the world we live in. Eco-conscious photographic artist Josie Purcell has created the Photopocene Podcast to chat with other photographers passionate about using their creative talents to raise awareness of environmental issues. You are invited to take part...
Please get in touch if you would like to share your visual work in an audio way.
Photopocene is borne from my own love of the natural world and the resources on which we depend. Much of my photographic work is rooted in raising the profile of environmental issues such as the global sand crisis.
If you are using your art to help encourage positive environmental action or simply share the story, I'd love to hear from you.
It is very early days for the Photopocene Podcast but I will do my best to promote your involvement and make sure your time in taking part is well spent.
Let me know how your photographic work promotes environment-related topics and provide a link to examples.
I will be in touch as soon as I can to let you know if a recording date and time can be arranged.
Thanks,
Josie.
