OPEN CALL – THE DECEMBER ART FAIR Are you a Black or *Global Majority artist or artisan living in the UK? CasildART Contemporary is inviting artists from these communities to submit their work to be considered for an affordable art fair during the holiday season.

CasildART Contemporary CIC is a not-for-profit Black-led gallery that showcases the work of contemporary Black artists.

We recognise that many other groups are underrepresented and excluded from commercial art galleries, so we have decided to celebrate Global Majority artists in our second December Art Fair.

We welcome submissions from new and emergent artists residing in the UK.

The fair will be hosted at CasildART Gallery in the heart of Marble Arch, London.

The purpose of the exhibition is not only to showcase art but to provide a platform for marginalised groups to showcase their work and meet fellow artists, art enthusiasts, and collectors.

There will also be a preview to which the artist and their guests will be invited to attend.

Deadline 1st November 2025

This affordable art fair will showcase diverse talent during the festive season, giving artists a platform to share their work with collectors, art lovers, and the wider public.

These fees cover a 3-week exhibition designed to give your work strong visibility, including:

  • Targeted publicity and promotion to over 3,000 Instagram followers and a 3,000+ contact database
  • Invitiation to the Preview for you and one guest
  • Invigilation – the gallery is staffed, so there’s no need for you to attend
  • Listings on top “What’s On” platforms, including Art Rabbit, The Dot, Eventbrite, AllEvents, and local Marble Arch magazines and websites
  • Prime gallery location in Marble Arch  with steady footfall, ensuring your work is seen by a diverse audience as well as tourists.
