The FLUX Review Edition 15
Deadline: 08/11/2026International Open Call for Artists | The FLUX Review Edition 15
The FLUX Review is now selecting artists for Edition 15 of our international contemporary art and culture publication.
We are looking for distinctive artists, photographers, sculptors, designers, performers, collectives and creative practitioners whose work deserves to be seen, discussed and documented.
Whether you are an emerging artist developing your professional profile or an established practitioner with a new body of work, exhibition or project to share, we would love to discover what you are creating.
More Than A Magazine Feature
The FLUX Review is a beautifully produced 200-page biannual publication dedicated to contemporary art, creativity, culture and world exploration.
Each edition brings together a carefully selected group of artists alongside interviews, critical writing, cultural features and conversations with figures from across the creative industries.
We don't simply fill pages. Artists are selected according to the strength of their work, their story and how their practice can contribute to the editorial identity of each edition.
Once selected, we will discuss the most effective way to present your work.
Audience & Reach
The FLUX Review connects featured artists with an established international audience across print, digital, social media, exhibitions and the wider FLUX network.
- The FLUX Review has approximately 13,000 followers on Instagram.
- Each edition has a physical print run of approximately 4000 copies, distributed through our network and at FLUX exhibitions, events, cultural projects and selected locations.
- More than 20,000 copies of The FLUX Review have been distributed since the publication launched.
- The digital edition is sent to our database of more than 10,000 subscribers and contacts.
- Previous editions have been stocked internationally, with distribution particularly across the UK, Europe and the United States.
- Copies are available at FLUX Exhibitions, which attract thousands of visitors including artists, collectors, art professionals and members of the art-buying public.
- Digital editions can be read internationally and are also shared by the artists featured within each edition, extending the publication's reach into their own professional and creative networks.
- The publication is also distributed through selected cultural, hospitality, corporate and art-related partnerships.
Our readership includes artists, collectors, curators, creative professionals, galleries, designers and culturally curious readers with an interest in contemporary art, travel, design and culture.
Rather than targeting one narrow demographic, The FLUX Review reaches an internationally minded audience interested in discovering artists, creative practices, cultural destinations and new ideas.

Who Can Apply?
We welcome submissions from the UK and internationally.
We consider painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, digital art, installation, textiles, ceramics, performance, conceptual and multidisciplinary practices, as well as artist collectives, independent galleries and curatorial projects.
We are particularly interested in work with a strong visual identity, an interesting story, an unusual process or a clear and developing artistic practice.
You do not need to have gallery representation or an extensive exhibition history.
We are interested in the work.
Editorial Options
There is no charge to submit your work for consideration.
If selected, participation is £70 per published page, with a 20% reduction available for multiple-page features.
- 1–2 pages: Artist profile featuring selected works, artist statement and an overview of your practice.
- 4+ pages: Extended editorial feature or bespoke interview, allowing greater space to explore your background, ideas, influences, creative process and current work.
For interviews, our editorial team develops questions specifically around your individual practice rather than using a generic interview format.
We will discuss the most appropriate format with each selected artist before anything is confirmed.
There is no obligation to proceed simply because your work has been selected.
About The FLUX Review
Created by the team behind FLUX Exhibition, The FLUX Review has developed into an international platform bringing together contemporary art, artists, collectors, creative professionals and culturally curious readers.
The magazine is produced as both a collectable printed publication and a digital edition, allowing featured artists to continue sharing their feature long after publication.
Previous editions have featured emerging and established artists alongside curators, art-world professionals, cultural figures and creative industry leaders.
Our aim is to create a publication people want to keep, read and return to, while giving artists the space for their work and ideas to be presented properly.
How To Apply
Please submit:
- A selection of recent work
- Your artist statement or a short description of your practice
- Your website and/or Instagram, if applicable
- Details of any current or forthcoming exhibitions, projects, awards or developments you would particularly like us to know about
You do not need to prepare a finished article or decide how many pages you would like before applying.
We select artists first and then work with each successful applicant to determine the most appropriate editorial approach.
We are looking forward to discovering the artists who will shape Edition 15 of The FLUX Review.
