ORDINARY OBJECTS is a supported professional development opportunity for artists outside of the field of music who want to explore sound and open up access to creative activities. Three ‘first-time composers’ will receive mentoring from James Saunders and musician Sarah Nicolls to create new pieces of music with everyday materials. These pieces will then be workshopped, performed and recorded by community volunteers who similarly have little to no musical experience.

INAUGURAL EXHIBITION, NORTH WALES ARTS FESTIVAL The Wythnos Gelf Llanfairfechan Art Week exhibition is part of a major new arts festival in North Wales taking place this August. The week will be a celebrations of all creative arts. The exhibition is open to artists living or working in North Wales. We welcome all 2d works. The arts week will run from August 8 to August 16. The exhibition will be on the final week of the festival and will take place alongside an affordable art fair, and demonstrations of portrait painting and of linocut printing by eminent North Wales artists.
